Download daily, weekly, or monthly sales and patient census reports.

Dashlabs.ai sales reports summarize revenue within a selected date range, showing each patient, the services availed, and any discounts given.

Patient census reports show how many tests were performed, including specialized logs like the DOH logbook for Hematology and Clinical Chemistry.

Reports file types include: PDF, CSV (Excel) files

How to download sales reports

Go to the Orders page.

Click the download button.

In the Documents page, select the start and end dates for the report.

Add applicable filters.

Filter by status such as "Completed," "Partially Paid," "Cancelled," or "Voided."
Option to filter for an individual patient summary.

After setting the filters, click "Next."

Select the document template you want to generate.

Click "Generate" to download the report.

How to download patients census and summaries

Go to the Patient Services page.

Click the download button.

Select the document template you want to generate.

Add applicable filters.

Set the start and end dates for the report.
Filter by service status, date of collection, release, or locked status.

Once filters are set, click "Next."

Click "Generate" to download the file.
