Select the patient

Select the service for which you want to input results.

Enter the results

Click “Save” to save the results.

Click “Save and Lock” to save and lock the results.

Locking results prevents further edits. Only authorized users can unlock.

To download the results PDF, click “Download documents.”

To send the results via email, click “SEND.”
